Western Officials Consider Returning Nuclear Weapons to Kyiv - Media   Some Western officials are contemplating the possibility of returning nuclear weapons to Ukraine as a guarantee of security in future conflicts, according to media reports. It is noted that American and European officials are discussing deterrence as a potential security guarantee for Ukraine. Nuclear weapons would serve as an immediate and significant deterrent. However, such a move would be complex and carry serious consequences.   Polish Farmers Announce Strike and New Border Blockade with Ukraine   Polish farmers plan to begin a strike at the Medyka – Shehyni border crossing on Saturday at 09:00. The movement restrictions will affect trucks. They intend to block vehicle traffic until the end of 2024. The protesters will allow buses and passenger cars to pass in both directions. For entry into Ukraine, Polish farmers plan to permit one truck per hour. Trucks weighing over 3.5 tons will be blocked from leaving Ukraine.   Ukraine and NATO to Hold Emergency Meeting   Ukrainian authorities have initiated a Ukraine-NATO Council meeting due to the Russian strike on Dnipro with the Oreshnik medium-range ballistic missile. It is scheduled for next Tuesday. "The focus of the meeting will be on enhancing Ukraine's defense capabilities and strengthening its air shield. We will raise the issue of limiting Russia's ability to produce such weapons and reducing other capabilities in the defense sector, which, despite all sanctions, continues to grow," said Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha.   New Details on Russia's Missile from GUR   For the strike on Dnipro, Russia reportedly used a ballistic missile, presumably from the Kedr missile system. According to GUR, the flight time of this Russian missile from launch in the Astrakhan region to impact in Dnipro was 15 minutes. The missile was equipped with six warheads, each containing six sub-munitions. Russia may possess up to 10 units of such missiles. Intelligence noted that this was a research-combat use. To launch the missile into serial production, at least ten tests need to be conducted.   Ukraine Requests Systems from the U.S. to Intercept Oreshnik Missiles   The Ukrainian side is working with the U.S. to obtain systems capable of intercepting Russian intercontinental missiles, media reports citing sources in the Armed Forces of Ukraine say. "Ukraine does not have the means to intercept intercontinental missiles, but the Americans do. Ukraine will reach out to the U.S. for the transfer of such weapons," the report states. It is claimed that this pertains to the modernization of Patriot air defense systems or obtaining Aegis missile defense systems.   Verkhovna Rada Meeting Canceled Due to Russian Strike Threat   The meeting of the Verkhovna Rada on Friday was canceled due to a potential threat of shelling in the government quarter in Kyiv. All council services and committee secretariats were also not operational. It was noted that local residents and those with offices in the government quarter were also warned about the danger. Meanwhile, the Office of the President and the Cabinet reported that they are working as usual.   34 Traitors Stripped of State Awards: Including Medvedchuk, Azarov, Povaliy   Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has enacted a decision by the National Security and Defense Council to strip state awards from individuals who have committed treason or act in the interests of the aggressor state.
