Italy is investing 200 million euros into the restoration of Ukraine's energy system, which has been devastated by Russia. This was announced on Wednesday, November 20, by Italy's Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani during a plenary session at the Italian-Ukrainian business forum.   "We want to work on the restoration of Ukraine even during the war, and we have decided to invest 200 million euros to rebuild the power grid that was destroyed by Russian attacks. We cannot allow winter to become an ally of Russia," said Tajani.   He also noted that "after the war, Ukraine can count on NATO's protective umbrella in the military sphere to ensure guarantees against future attacks from Russia or any other country."   Earlier, it was reported that the USA, Germany, France, and Italy are working towards achieving a alliance among themselves regarding Ukraine's use of long-range weapons against targets in Russian territory.   Zelensky presented Meloni's Victory Plan
