The Kyiv Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment (TCR) commented on the incident that occurred on January 8 in Dymer, where a conflict arose between civilians and military personnel. According to their statement, during the altercation, one of the men opened the door of a TCR service vehicle and struck the driver several times, after which the driver managed to push the attacker away.

A video has surfaced on social media that allegedly captured the entire incident.

The recording shows a conversation taking place near the TCR minibus between individuals in military uniforms and civilians. Later, one of the military personnel approaches a man standing next to his mother and exclaims: "What the hell are you hiding behind a woman for?". Subsequently, the man in military attire strikes the civilian, prompting outrage from the woman, who states that she intends to call the police.

The video then shows the woman and her son approaching the TCR service vehicle, where a quarrel ensues. During this confrontation, the man throws a stone at the minibus's window. Afterward, the vehicle begins to move, hitting the woman who was speaking with the military through the open door. The woman falls to the ground, and the recording ends there.

Both the TCR and the Military Commission confirmed that their employees were captured in the video and presented their version of events.

The Kyiv Regional TCR and Military Commission provided their account of the events that took place in Dymer. According to their statement, a mobile alert group from the Vyshhorod District TCR, while carrying out notification activities, identified a citizen who was listed on the wanted list provided by the Fastiv TCR. During their interaction, the man expressed his willingness to voluntarily go to the Vyshhorod TCR for data verification and to undergo a military medical commission (MMC), but he needed to deliver products to his workplace first.

"Upon arrival at the address in Dymer, Shevchenko St. 28B, at the establishment 'Sushi-Mix', three individuals were waiting for the military personnel from the Vyshhorod RTC and SP, information about whom will be provided after the investigative actions are completed. They began video recording and accused the military of unlawfully depriving the citizen of his freedom. As a result of the conflict, one of the unknown individuals opened the driver's door and struck the driver several times, after which the driver pushed him away. Meanwhile, another person on the passenger side of the vehicle was striking and damaged the military's jacket. After that, as the vehicle started to move, one person threw a stone at the driver's side window. At that time, a second individual, not reacting to the vehicle's movement, was holding onto the military's clothing, causing him to fall," the military commissariat's message states. They added that the community chairman filed a complaint with the police to investigate only the actions of the TCR representatives, accusing him of "failing to comply with the Law of Ukraine on mobilization." "A service check is being conducted regarding the aforementioned conflict between the military personnel of the RTC and SP to clarify all circumstances of this incident," the statement reads.

Additionally, the police reported that a criminal case has been initiated regarding the infliction of bodily harm on a TCR employee. A report concerning the damage to the TCR service vehicle has also been entered into the Unified Register of Statements and Reports on Criminal Offenses and Other Events. Another criminal case has been opened based on a local resident's complaint regarding light bodily injuries inflicted upon him.

The TCR emphasized that all cases related to the activities of district recruitment centers are thoroughly investigated, and necessary service checks are conducted.
