The General Staff provided an update on the situation at the front lines.

Since the beginning of the day, the total number of combat encounters along the entire front line has risen to 123. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Saturday, January 25.

Seven assault actions by Russian invaders occurred near Petropavlovka, Peshchanoe, Glushkovka, and Lozovaya in the Kupiansk direction, with one combat encounter still ongoing.

In the Lyman direction, the enemy is attacking in the areas of the settlements of Tverdokhlebovo, Novosergeevka, Sheykovka, Nova Kruhlyakivka, Druzhlyubovka, Grekivka, Pervomaiske, Kopanky, and in the directions of Novolyubovka, Makeevka, Zelenaya Dolina, and Torskoye. A total of 25 combat encounters have already been recorded in this direction today, nine of which are still ongoing.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the Defense Forces repelled 27 enemy attempts to advance near Orekhovo-Vasilovka, Novomarkove, Chasovyi Yar, Stupochki, Predtechine, and Belyi Gora, with 13 combat encounters ongoing.

In the Toretsk direction, the Russians attacked our troops' positions in the Toretsk area eight times. Four combat encounters are still ongoing.

In the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy attacked positions 32 times in the areas of the settlements of Vodyane Vtore, Yelizavetovka, Myrolyubovka, Luch, Zelenoe, Udachnye, Novoaleksandrovka, Kotlino, Bohdanivka, Andriivka, Shevchenko, Dachne, Ulakly, and Konstantinopolske, with nine combat encounters still ongoing.

In the Novopavlivka direction, defenders repelled eight attacks in the areas of the settlements of Novoselka, Novodarivka, Konstantinopol, and Bolshaya Novoselka.

In the Orekhiv, Hulyaipole, Dnipro, Kharkiv, and Sever directions, the occupiers have not conducted offensive actions since the beginning of the day.

Fifteen combat encounters occurred today in the Kursk direction, with seven combat encounters still ongoing. Additionally, the enemy launched 17 airstrikes, dropped 33 aerial bombs, and carried out 266 artillery shellings, including six from multiple rocket launchers.

We remind you that over the past day, the Russian army lost 1,650 soldiers killed and wounded on the front. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Russia's losses have reached approximately 828,470 people.
