On Thursday morning, November 21, emergency power outage schedules were implemented in Ukraine. This was reported by the DTEK company, explaining that the situation is a consequence of the morning missile attack from Russia.

As of 07:45, emergency outage schedules have been introduced in the following regions:

Kiev and the Kyiv region;
Odesa region;
Dnipropetrovsk region;
Donetsk region;
Chernivtsi region;
Zhytomyr region;
Poltava region;
Sumy region.

By 9:00, the emergency schedules in Kiev were canceled. However, as clarified by "Ukrenergo," an additional round of outages was introduced in the capital starting at 11:00.
