According to a directive from Ukrenergo, starting at 1:00 PM on November 26, Ukraine will implement an additional schedule for power outages, resulting in changes to the timelines for several regions. Residents of Kyiv, Kyiv Oblast, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, and Odesa Oblast should take note of the new outage times. This information is reported by DTEK.

Changes in the schedules for different regions:

Kyiv: Outages for group 1 will begin not at 2:00 PM, as previously planned, but at 1:00 PM.
Kyiv Oblast: Outages for group 2 are also moved to 1:00 PM, instead of the previous time of 2:00 PM.
Odesa Oblast: Outages for group 2 will start at 1:00 PM, not 2:00 PM.
Dnipropetrovsk Oblast: Outages for group 2 will also commence at 1:00 PM instead of 2:00 PM.
