A Dnipro volunteer allegedly promised to "resolve" disability issues for an $11,000 bribe, according to the prosecutor's office.

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, law enforcement officials uncovered a volunteer who had promised to help an acquaintance obtain a fraudulent disability status for $11,000 to evade mobilization.
