The number of victims from the attack on Poltava has increased once again.

The death toll from the Russian shelling of Poltava has risen to 11. As reported on Saturday, February 1, by the State Emergency Service, one person died in the hospital. Additionally, 17 individuals were injured in the attack, including four children. Psychologists from the State Emergency Service and the National Police assisted 194 people, including 11 children. A total of 22 individuals were rescued from the rubble.   Search efforts continue for more victims under the debris, as stated in an evening video address by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.   "We are working to attract more resources from partners to strengthen the Ukrainian air shield. Protection against shelling is an absolute priority. There is still much to be done, but every partner in the world who helps in this effort is a lifesaver," he emphasized.   On the morning of February 1, Russian military forces attacked Ukraine with missiles.
