Free education. The cost of education at vocational, technical, and higher levels for IDP students may be covered by state or local budgets. This is possible if the student is enrolled in budget places according to established quotas.

Preferential education loan. Students can obtain a long-term loan on favorable terms to pay for their education, based on agreements between the educational institution and the student or their representatives.

Social scholarship. Students enrolled under state order and in full-time education have the right to a social scholarship.

Free textbooks. Institutions provide IDP students with textbooks free of charge, covering the costs from the educational institution's library fund.

Free access to the internet and databases. In state and municipal educational institutions, IDP students have access to the internet and educational resources without payment.

Preferential accommodation in dormitories. Students can obtain places in dormitories at a reduced cost – up to 50% off the maximum amount set for accommodation.

Free accommodation. Full-time IDP students are entitled to free accommodation in the student dormitories of educational institutions.
These measures are aimed at facilitating access to education for youth with IDP status, promoting greater equality and social support during their studies - writes social workers from the "Right to Protection" foundation.
