On Thursday morning, November 28, Russia launched missiles at Ukraine, with explosions heard in Odessa, Pavlograd, Kharkiv, and Kropyvnytskyi. Against the backdrop of yet another drone attack that began in the evening, the enemy also
deployed strategic bombers Tu-95MS into the sky, launched Kalibr missiles from the Black Sea, as well as ballistic missiles. Shortly after six in the morning, reports indicated that the first missiles from the Tu-95MS were entering Ukraine from the direction of Chernihiv. Meanwhile, a series of explosions occurred in Kharkiv. "Preliminary reports suggest the strike was carried out by a missile, and one of the largest districts of Kharkiv was under fire," said the city's mayor, Ihor Terekhov. According to him, the attack on Kharkiv is ongoing. It is also reported that in Kyiv, emergency power outages were implemented at the direction of Ukrenergo. Recall that recently the Russian Ministry of Defense acknowledged the arrival of ATACMS missiles on its territory and
promised to take revenge.
