Russia launched a record number of drones in its attack on Ukraine.

The air assault was countered by anti-aircraft missile troops, aviation units, electronic warfare divisions, and mobile fire groups.

Russian forces launched an unprecedented number of drones against Ukraine on the night of November 10. Air defense systems intercepted 62 out of 145 drones. Additionally, 67 enemy drones were lost in Ukrainian airspace. It is reported that ten Russian UAVs exited the airspace of Ukraine. This information is reported by the Air Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

"Throughout the night, radio-technical troops of the Air Forces identified and tracked 145 aerial targets - strike UAVs of the Shahed type and unidentified drones," the statement says.

The RF launched these drones from the following areas: Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Orel, Bryansk, and Cape Chauda (Crimea).

"As of 09:30, the downing of 62 enemy UAVs has been confirmed in the Odesa, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhia, and Donetsk regions," the Air Forces reported.

Moreover, 67 enemy drones were lost in various regions of Ukraine, while another 10 Russian UAVs exited the airspace of Ukraine heading towards Moldova, Belarus, and the RF.

Recall that explosions were heard in Kyiv on the night of Sunday, November 10.
