"Ukrposhta" will no longer accept packages packed in regular cardboard boxes, non-corrugated, or those with any damages, such as dents or stains, starting from November 11. If the shipment lacks proper packaging, it can be purchased at a "Ukrposhta" branch, where prices for boxes have been temporarily reduced.

SubscribeThe General Director of the company, Igor Smelyansky, stated that improperly packaged shipments will not be accepted for automated sorting. This information is reported on the Ukrposhta website portal.
It was also noted that packages of non-standard sizes, with sharp parts or lacking a flat base, will be processed manually and will incur a higher charge based on the oversized shipment rates.
The company is implementing automated sorting lines that require special packaging for over 95% of shipments. All packages eligible for automatic sorting must be packed in sturdy boxes or specialized plastic bags, or in their own boxes that meet reliability requirements.
