Odessa residents are offered targeted municipal assistance for settling overdue utility payments. Financial aid can be granted to individuals facing difficult life circumstances and lacking the financial means to pay their utility bills on time and in full.

"The commission decided to allocate targeted municipal assistance to cover the debt for housing and utility services to 77 citizens of Odessa for a total amount of 741,370 UAH. Five citizens were given recommendations for the allocation of targeted municipal assistance to settle their debts", - the statement reads.
It is worth noting that after settling the debt or entering into a restructuring agreement, a household may be eligible for a subsidy for utility services or solid fuel.
