In 2023, a sharp spike was recorded: banks turned to the courts over 91,000 times – even more than before the invasion.

This year, as of the end of October, 67,900 lawsuits have been filed. The leader in filings is monobank, with almost 21,000 lawsuits, accounting for 30.8% of the total. Following are A-Bank with 13,000 cases (20.1%) and PrivatBank with 11,000 lawsuits (16.6%).

The subsequent positions in the number of lawsuits are held by PUMB, Smysl Bank, Idea Bank, and Tascombank.
