According to the commentator, she had not used gas for some time, which is why she submitted a request regarding the meter installed for the entire building. The citizen has not used gas for over 10 years but has been paying regularly for the delivery of blue fuel. The woman has already approached the local authorities, but her request for a free installation was denied, with the explanation that there is currently a war in the country.
