PUMB Bank is updating its fees, and the most unpleasant news for customers is that there will now be a commission for mobile payments made through the "Pay Hub" service.
What changes can users expect? The bank's press service provided the details.
Previously, some clients could pay for mobile services without a commission, but starting from March 17, this will no longer be possible. Now, for any payment made through "Pay Hub," a fee of 2% of the amount + 1 UAH will be charged.
Other changes in the tariffs:
- From April 1, a new procedure for topping up cards through partner terminals will be implemented – the bank does not charge a fee, but additional fees may be applied by the terminal network.
- In the "MoneyBox" service package, users can now open no more than 7 packages simultaneously.
What to do if you disagree with the new tariffs?
Customers can close their account at PUMB without additional fees until March 17.
