Monobank cardholders are reporting unauthorized withdrawals by third parties, with funds often being taken from their credit limits. This is evidenced by a complaint on the "Minfin" portal.

Monobank responded to the client, confirming that cases of fraud have increased recently - criminals are employing various methods to deceive and steal personal data from Ukrainians.
To avoid financial losses, clients were advised to follow simple recommendations.

Additionally, bank representatives advised enabling a payment confirmation requirement in the app's security settings or setting a daily limit for such transactions.
