The "KUB" Corporation urges everyone not to spread false information about its operations.

This not only harms the business reputation of partners and divisions within the corporation but also poses risks to investors and homeowners.

For instance, several low-quality internet resources have published nearly identical statements alleging that the corporation "KUB" and its contractors are using schemes to evade taxation. These claims have no basis in reality but are presented as facts, which is a blatant violation of journalistic standards and professional ethics.

The management of the corporation and all its affiliated companies considers information attacks against developers unacceptable, especially as they continue to support and develop the strategically important construction industry for Ukraine and provide Ukrainians with quality and comfortable housing, despite the full-scale invasion by the Russian Federation.

In particular, in early 2023, after the most challenging winter in Ukraine's history, the housing construction cooperative "Morskoy-1" commissioned another building of the residential complex "Aqua Marine" in Odessa, the previous owner of which had failed to meet obligations to investors for years. Additionally, construction continued actively on several other residential complexes, highlighting the investment attractiveness of the Ukrainian construction sector amid war, preserving jobs, and replenishing the housing stock. Such projects include the unique microdistrict "Tairovsky Gardens" managed by the cooperative "ZSK 'Williams'" and the area "Chernomorskaya Riviera".

“Our corporation was created as a union of visionaries who share common goals: opening new horizons for Ukrainian construction and ensuring a fundamentally new level of living. This vision is precisely why we regularly have to endure 'mud baths' from the media, and we are now witnessing yet another wave. The same message, published in a very short time frame solely on dubious websites – is a clear sign of orchestrated harassment. But it won’t scare us or hinder our work,” emphasized the CEO of the corporation “KUB,” Oleg Nevzorov.

Currently, the legal department of "KUB" is preparing an official request for the removal of false materials or for the publication of the company's official position on the unreliable resources. Should these requests be ignored, the corporation reserves the right to seek legal action to protect its business reputation.
