Typically, such situations are resolved after contacting the bank. But what should you do when everything is legitimate, yet your card is blocked?

This question concerned a "PrivatBank" client who left feedback on the Ministry of Finance's website. According to the man, his card was blocked without any justification. He had an individual design plastic card, but was offered a standard plastic one, and none of the responses from the institution's representatives satisfied his outrage.

After the feedback was left, "PrivatBank" contacted the client and provided information regarding the situation. According to the bank, the man's request is already under review and will be resolved shortly.

In a relatively short time, the client who left the feedback posted a comment with a positive update. He thanked for the assistance and shared that a specialist resolved everything in just one minute.

For this, he simply answered a few questions, and his card was unlocked, along with access to the mobile application.
