Water supply will be cut off for debtors: measures to combat this issue are becoming stricter.

Next week, a water drainage shutdown is scheduled in one of the districts of Dnipro for residents who have outstanding utility debts.

From November 4 to 8, 2024, a special team from "Dniprovodokanal" will be operating in the Lower Dnipro district (formerly the ANR district) of the city, disconnecting water drainage services for those who have not settled their debts - writes the press service of the company.

The debt of residents in apartment buildings in this area for water supply has already exceeded 1,033,901.55 hryvnias.

"Dear consumers, disconnections will only take place after prior notification and in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1405 dated December 29, 2023, which restored the ability to disconnect debtors from utility services in areas where combat operations are not taking place" – stated the company's announcement.

Representatives of "Dniprovodokanal" also urged residents to settle their debts conveniently. Moreover, it was noted that there is an option for debt restructuring. To do this, one can contact the Customer Service Centers of "ERC KP" LLC or the local subscriber services.
