He discussed this on Valery Savchuk's author program "Different People".
“At the forefront, of course, is our incursion into the Kursk region. This is the primary point because it changed the course of the war, it altered the future negotiations, and it shifted the global perception of the Russian Federation; as a result, the world has stopped fearing it, and this led to the liberation of Syria,” asserts Mikhail Sheitelman.
Yes, he emphasizes, thanks to the operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kursk region, the Syrians liberated their country because they realized that Russians can be defeated right on their own territory, and in response – nothing, no nuclear weapons. The expert reminds us that Ukrainian forces have been in the Kursk region for 4.5 months, and nothing has happened.
“During a direct line with Putin, someone asked when the Kursk region would be liberated, and he said he doesn’t know. Putin doesn’t know when the Kursk region will be liberated, which turns many things into absurdity. You’ve done one thing – and a lot of other things have turned to dust. It turns out you can fight like this,” highlights Mikhail Sheitelman.
Moreover, the guest of the program adds that discussions are ongoing about freezing the front line and introducing peacekeeping forces, which means that German and French soldiers will also be in the Kursk region, as the front line runs through there. So, he states, the incursion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine into Kursk truly changes everything.
As reported by Politeka, Sheitelman stated that Moldova was governed by a person who believes that Putin is the master of the world.
Politeka also wrote about Leshchinsky discussing the staffing issues in construction: “The question of importing foreign citizens is being discussed”.
